The best gym in SCS. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a sense that people here enjoy getting to know each other and rooting each other on.
This is a great friendly gym. The trainers are very caring, listen to what you say and want to accomplish, and are very focused on doing it all correctly. I have worked with other trainers, but Brad and Lindsey are exceptional!! This gym is clean, has a true community vibe, and offers lots of encouragement.
They will not let you use the machines like you want the trainers act like they own the gym i do not recommend this gym at all
Excelente gimnasio, de los mejores a los que he ido. Muy buen ambiente, buenas instalaciones y todo está muy bien cuidado. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100% para cualquiera que esté buscando un buen lugar para entrenar. 💪🔥
