This is my home location, and the main reason I use it is because it’s close by. If you live in the Four Points area, 24/7 access, and ability to use other locations are really the main positives. Other than that, this location is hard to recommend. It’s very small, and if more than 5 people are there, it already feels crowded. The machine selection is okay, but it’s mostly single machines like one bench and one Smith machine, so it doesn’t take much for your workout to get limited. When signing up, Alex the owner reassured me that I could put my account on hold when I would leave town for months at a time on work trips. I was able to put my account on hold exactly one time, which was fraught with complications when it came time to start up again. Once I left town for good, I called multiple times to cancel my account and left voicemails. No response. FRAUD! I mistakenly signed up for a membership and was content to eat the first charge or so before I cancelled. Unfortunately, I was not able to cancel easily. I attempted to call several times over about a month and a half, but each time I was not answered. I left several messages and wrote an email/contacted them from the page. Still no response. Can’t even give them a 0 star. Quick to response when you sign up but will not return your calls, messages or emails when you have a billing question. Followed up a few times but they will not response. They will likely continue to charge me for a few more months after I ask to cancel my membership. Sad thing is that there are similar reviews from multiple people and they said they are working on it and value blah blah… BS. All we ask is to reply back to an email…..
