Canceled my membership last may and came in person June 2026 to cancel again but they kept my membership open and now I’m getting calls from their debt collector. Not sure how it is being run.

I had a membership before and everything was perfect , but now I’ve been trying to cancel because they are charging me around $150 a month and it’s been a nightmare they never pick up the phone or answer my emails , just hoping that with my bad experience review they can help me out and they can refund the 3 payments that they just charge.

Disappointed in the lack of communication from this location. I've been a member over a year, and my bill has crept past $100/month between regular dues, surprise "extra fees," and what look like duplicate charges I never agreed to. I called multiple times with no answer and sent many emails that went unanswered. Being ignored while paying well above what I signed up for is unacceptable.

If there was a negative 5 I would have given that to this establishment. I have called multiple times to cancel my membership and left numerous voice messages and absolutely no response. I have gone physically during the time they advertise someone will be there and there is none. Scam at its best with no way to cancel.

This is my home location, and the main reason I use it is because it’s close by. If you live in the Four Points area, 24/7 access, and ability to use other locations are really the main positives. Other than that, this location is hard to recommend. It’s very small, and if more than 5 people are there, it already feels crowded. The machine selection is okay, but it’s mostly single machines like one bench and one Smith machine, so it doesn’t take much for your workout to get limited.
