Have been promised group classes for a long time now and paid premium for it. No group classes. Clean gym but not worth the money. Save your money and go to a different gym.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve had with any business. I cancelled my Anytime Fitness membership back in September and followed their process properly. Despite that, they continued charging my credit card every single month after cancellation — for months. These were completely unauthorized charges. They charge you when you want to leave, lots of hidden fees and a poor quality gym, only upside is the extremely nice facility operator
