Been a member since day one. Although I get offers all the time from competitive places, will never leave as everyone of the staff goes out of there way to insure my particular 81 year old needs are met. The fully equipped and well maintained equipment and goal focused staff makes this place stand out. Posers need not sign up.......

My wife and I recently joined as two seniors seeking to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. We found Phillip and Eva to be knowledgeable and personable (with a smile on their face), and happy to answer our questions. The facility is clean, well maintained, and we found the members to be friendly as well. Highly recommend!

This gym is terrific, clean, great selection of equipment, group sessions and trainers actually fun! We work hard and laugh often. The trainers are watchful to ensure form is correct and encouraging - they know when and how to push us to new levels. Recovery sessions are now available too - showing us stretches and doing breathing exercises. The community as a whole is welcoming and encouraging. It's my happy place. I invite you to join us; your health and well-being will improve. I look forward to meeting you.

This facility appears reasonably well-maintained, accessible, etc., but they're over double the cost of Planet Fitness just a mile or so away. The issue with ATF now is misleading bait-and-switch Facebook ads. They advertise a promotional 6-week jumpstart challenge for a limited number of people, leading one to believe it's a FREE introduction to their facility. Once they get you there and finish the tour and presentation, THEN they tell you it's $600 for the program. Complete waste of time and greatly misleading ad campaign... read more

I love this location off Hennepin Town Rd!! One of my fav Anytimes. The trainers and staff are always helpful and welcoming. The place is clean and has a great mix of machines, weights and an open space. Great use of space and atmosphere.
