This is a fantastic, updated, and very clean gym. The employees I interacted with, Eva and Patrick, go above and beyond to help members achieve their fitness goals and are very kind people.

Great events, great therapy and coaching would recommend to everyone I know!
Been a member since day one. Although I get offers all the time from competitive places, will never leave as everyone of the staff goes out of there way to insure my particular 81 year old needs are met. The fully equipped and well maintained equipment and goal focused staff makes this place stand out. Posers need not sign up.......
