This company has charged me four separate times this month and $100 extra on top of it all and is still harassing me claiming I owe them even more. The person at the gym who answered the phone was exceptionally rude to me and interrupted me when I was asking a very simple question and the finance representative on the phone lied to my face. The renovations were worth the wait. The gym expanded into the space next door and it completely changed the place for the better. Old, worn-out equipment has been replaced, the layout feels more open, and everything looks modern and well thought out. Bathrooms are clean and updated, the cubby area is bigger and less cramped, and they added new equipment I’ve been hoping to see for a long time. Overall, the gym feels fresh, cleaner, and much more motivating to train in. Huge upgrade. Best gym in the Tri-Cities.
**Update: The response below is in reply to the owner’s comment for additional clarification.** Literally no announcement anywhere. There has been zero communication about this renovation. No notice on social media, no email, no website update — nothing at all to inform paying members when the construction will be completed. As a member, this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
