The manager Krista is amazing when it comes to customer service and resolving payment disputes. She really helped support me in feeling confident again after experiencing some issues with my account that caused me a lot of stress. If you ever have any concerns about your membership or account, she is the one you want to see. Also, I recommend the trainer Lee for individual sessions. The selection of equipment here is good for functional style workouts. Thank you for the excellent customer service Krista

in Poco the front door is locked. nobody came to help me, so I guess I won't be buying a membership. see how easy that was

I needed to lose weight but I was nervous about going to the gym. I took the leap anyway and I'm glad I did! The staff here are super friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about the equipment they're happy to show you how to use them. I love that I can come workout any time I want, and they have an app that lets you know how many people are currently there. It feels safe from judgment and safe after hours too. I'm really glad I joined!

This company has charged me four separate times this month and $100 extra on top of it all and is still harassing me claiming I owe them even more. The person at the gym who answered the phone was exceptionally rude to me and interrupted me when I was asking a very simple question and the finance representative on the phone lied to my face. I am cancelling my membership as soon as possible and warning everyone I know about this company. This is so disgraceful and I am extremely upset by the way I have been robbed essentially... read more
