My dad called many times to cancel our membership 3 months ago and you guys charged us still, like whats going on?. I tried to email but somehow my email did not go through. You guys better do something about this.
Met a gentleman there today named Naga—amazing guy. He cancelled my bf’s membership without any hesitation. I just signed the forms and it was done. I honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. People might be judging them based on those, but my experience was smooth and respectful. I would definitely consider coming back to this place again. Thanks again Naga.
3 times I’ve driven to the gym only to have the card access not work or the gym is closed without notice. No one ever answers the phone and the gym is never staffed according to the hours posted on their window.
