I love training here! It’s the perfect size, has all the necessary equipment for full bodybuilding and the atmosphere. The music is also fantastic cause I don’t even need my phone to be motivated. Since my husband and I enrolled, we have been training consistently, and we can see the results! We simply love ATF!
I had a great experience. There did the six week challenge, lost weight and continued my journey. I love the trainers!

This is an awesome place to workout. LaRon is a great trainer with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this gym!
Do not go. Cancelled membership in November and still having trouble getting it canceled. Training on other hand was good while I went. Membership cancelation issues have soured the whole experience.
