I have been to a few different gyms over the years, I have gotten the best experience here! The personal training experience for me has been amazing. I do recommend everyone to try it. Down 50lbs with the encouragement, positive attitude and support.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service experience I recently encountered. Although my membership was cancelled, I continued to receive calls and messages from staff even after I clearly requested that all contact stop. This ongoing communication after cancellation is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration. I expect immediate confirmation that my information has been removed from all outreach lists and that no further contact will be made.
I love it here?... I cant wait to gain weight just so I can lose it again here lol? The staff is amazing and knows what there doing I love this place so much ???? The best part is they are open any time 🤣 lol
