This gym has gone downhill FAST. Machines are always out of order, simple repairs are never completed, and the equipment is older than me.

Showed up for appointment@4:30 nobody answered the phone, waited till 4:45 asked a member that came through door said it’s hard to sign up because no one is ever here

I have been trying to get a membership and no one responds phones don’t work, no one shows up to the appointment for the tour. This is so disappointing

I put my membership on freeze and decided to freeze again because I did t have time for it and they drafted my account. Devin said the refund will go thru my accound and if not to let him know. I told him 2 or 3 times it wasn't there, I call back and he is isn't working there any more and the owner Tammy gets on the phone and talked over me then hum up on me. Good job running a business.

I’ve been a member of anytime fitness for several years usually float between Bullard Tx and Flint Tx However I’m very disappointed with the shower facility at the Bullard location both showers at this location have been broken for several months this to me is unacceptable
