Pam has been the best trainer I’ve ever had. She truly cares about your health, fitness and nutrition. She listens to your concerns and limitations and develops a fitness plan specifically for me. She always has a smile and is upbeat. She encourages you every step of the way so you can achieve your fitness goal. My nutrition is the best it’s ever been. I’ve lost 10lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle.

Loveeee AF LaPlace!! Jill, Pam, and Darryl have created such an an inclusive environment within the group classes, and I truly can’t say anything negative about them. Love that the classes rotate between build, burn, and base - and I leave class sweaty every time. They care about every person that walks through the doors, and will help you reach your goals!

I absolutely love Anytime Fitness in Laplace! The team here truly makes the difference. Jill, Pam, and Daryl each bring their own unique strengths, and together they create such a welcoming and supportive environment. They are not only knowledgeable, but also very personal and helpful, always taking the time to make sure you feel comfortable and motivated. I train with Jill , Pam & Daryl at the la place AF. They are excellent trainers. Always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Its a pleasure training with them all.
