I canceled my membership with this company early February, I was on a month-to-month plan with them. I had told them upfront I did not want any long-term membership. Notice the LIES they just told under the post when I have the document when I canceled it… WHY would I allow yall to continue to take money out my account AFTER I canceled the plan and to say “chargeback”?? First off, I got charged for bringing a “guest” — except it wasn’t even a guest. It was my girlfriend who has an active membership. She just hasn’t received her key fob yet, and we couldn’t figure out how to link it. Instead of helping us sort it out, they just charged me anyway, which makes no sense. On top of that, the gym itself is honestly disappointing. The bathrooms are always dirty as heck — it feels like they barely get cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the gym isn’t much better either. I have been going to this Anytime Fitness for over 4 years now and the staff here are amazing!! I have been seeing Jill for the entire time and her energy is always high, she’s very motivating. The equipment is in great condition and it’s well maintained.
