Their cancellation request is frustrating. They have an automated message and when you request to cancel you get a cancellation link to email them about it. Hoping to cancel right away that was not the case. A day later my account still got withdrawn which that wasn’t preventable, but not being able to speak to a person is just infuriating. I usually love this gym. But this extremely loud, extremely bald guy just had a 5 minute phone conversation with his wife on speaker. God's honest. What is wrong with people? Honestly I'm ashamed of myself for posting about it. You see he is one machine away from me. The only instance on which I would do that is if I was the only person in the gym and it was an emergency. And even then I would try to talk softly.

This used to be hands down my fav anytime club in all of DSM. But this summer it all changed. The management skimping on AC, adjusting it to 78 on a solid 90 degree day. Added to that, most folks I’ve noticed love dropping weights like they’re hot potatoes despite the notices from management requesting patrons to be mindful of the businesses downstairs.
