I would give this place a 0 if I could. I injured myself working out there so the manager put my membership on hold for 3 months and he said he would call me and see how I’m doing at the end of the 3mos if I hadn’t returned. I was still injured at the end of the 3mos so I continued to stay out of the gym and no one from anytime contacted me so I just figured my membership was still on hold. I do hope I’m responding to the corporate office I was completely hammered with my local club location in Virginia, which is a franchise and the folks there are fabulous My issue is the way my termination of my account was handled. My two year membership ended in March 2025 and I went into my franchise location and sent an email to the corporate location to end my month-to-month membership in late June 2025. .Lots of nice windows great,area wealthy neighborhood,life fitness bikes great,floor fans great and powerful if needed,equipment selection great.Best club I have been to so far.
