The new girl sucks. Been here since almost day one at this location. Just bad vibes from her rude ass.
I love this gym. They offer great group classes including yoga and TRX. The trainers are great! It gets busy during peak hours (5pm) but most of the time it's easy to get to any of the equipment you want. So great to be able to use my membership at any location also!
I love it because it is a small facility and I never have to wait for the equipment. I really like TRX training and they offer a couple of classes a week. Everyone is super friendly, professional and experienced and if you are looking for a good deal on personal training this is a place to go!
Amazing trainers, great classes, and we can go anytime - no excuses! Love the staff and the super clean facility. A serious gym for serious athletes!
