They are HORRIBLE at explaining the billing process when you want to end your contract and refuse to work with you when THEY tell you information incorrectly concerning the billing and the termination process. I even had email PROOF of what they told me and they completely contradicted themselves. Save yourself time and money and just work out at home. Honestly I don't know how they're still in operation with the way they handle customer service and billing situations.
The staff is really great to work with. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to push you to that next level. I love the ability to go to classes our do my own workouts. The equipment is in great condition. I really like all the monthly challenges to keep me motivated.
I love going to Anytime Fitness. I needed off my couch. I needed to dedicate something to just me. I found Anytime, Jayme, Mari and Zumba! It's affordable, it's close, and comfortable atmosphere. Jayme is an Amazing manager, she remembers everyone's name and uses them. For me that is important. Im not just a key fob entering the door. I'm a person and get treated as such.
