I have been to this facility on 2 separate occasions during posted staffed hours to view and get information. On both occasions there was no staff on site. I called the posted number and no answer. On my 2nd visit a gentleman let me and my sister in to look at the facility. I left a note and my number on the table, and I am still waiting for someone to call...... a month later.

I like this gym. I never really went to a gym because I was always afraid of what people think of me. The staff there are amazing and I met new people. They will help you out with a diet and exercise routine that best fits u. Regarding my health issues, I knew it was time to better my health and for myself. If I can do it, anyone can! Don’t give up. I have felt a lot better since I joined in February 2018.
I’m new to the gym scene and was a little hesitant to put my self out there in front of the world, but man am I glad I did! The staff here is top notch and personable. They understand that not everyone is a CrossFit junkie and they are great with giving tips on workouts that match your fitness level. Out of the hundred other gyms I could have chosen, I feel like I hit the lottery with AF. I recommend this place to anyone, no questions asked!
Ive been a member of 2 gyms. This is my fav. Freindly courteous staff, new clean equipment, facilities are better than most hotels. Definitely recommended.
