I cannot say enough great things about this gym! It is just the right size, never to busy and always very clean and well kept. The location right in the heart of Burnsville across the street from the Ames Center is very convenient. David, the owner, has been so encouraging regarding my fitness journey. And the HIT classes that Jill runs are awesome!!! Since I've started attending Jill's classes in February, I've lost more than 30 pounds.
I love the atmosphere and how friendly everyone is!

I visited your gym on Saturday. I've always liked your gym and visit it when I'm nearby. I think it's the best one in the cities that I've been too. Everything is clean, up to date and lots of room! Thank you from a member in owatonna!!
Nice and spacious and the first location that had a stair master, so I fell in love haha!
