EDIT- RESPONSE TO OWNER: Your response is exactly the problem: broad statements, no specifics, and no accountability. You claim “all necessary permits were properly obtained” and are “publicly available.” Great. Then post the permit numbers and final inspection sign offs for the electrical work, both bathroom remodels, and the Nana style door installation. This contractor was hired for a six-figure renovation with clearly defined expectations around finish quality, code compliance, and permitting. Unfortunately, what was delivered does not meet professional standards, and the consequences fall directly on the homeowner. First and most critically: required permits were not pulled.
