Bart came out to give an estimate and the very next morning the techs arrived as promised, on time and extremely professional. Luis and Dan were a great team, they worked so well together and installed my new gas water heater without any issue. Tankless water heater failed. Called Anytime Plumbing and spoke with office and Bart called me right back. Got a quote emailed to me almost immediately thereafter. Anytime over was $1000 cheaper than one on TECO website $2000 cheaper than another company well known to this area that shall remain nameless (but if you were in the Navy, you would know who this was.) Unprofessional and inconsiderate. While working on another unit in my building, they shut off water for the whole building on a Monday morning. Do they not think to communicate? I would not trust this company with my business, they clearly are clueless and as I said, inconsiderate. Also the workers made me feel very harassed when I saw them on my way out the door.
Anytime installed a waterless tank 1 1/2 years ago. It recently failed, and instead of taking responsibility and replacing the under warranty equipment, Anytime acted as if the homeowner and water were the problem. The technician was openly hostile and the company has found ways to delay replacement that forced the homeowner to go elsewhere to replace defective unit.
