An altogether excellent experience. From the initial meeting and measurement through installation and followup and all at an inticipated price point, I couldn't have asked for anything better.
From initial presentation through installation, everything was first rate. Price was very competitive and the team was very professional, taking the time needed to explain the process and how the remote hub and technology works. It's been several months since the installation and everything works just as promised. I also have confidence that if there was an issue, they would stand behind their work and resolve any issues I would have.
Five stars for the product and installation! Brandon and Eric did an excellent job, and we are very happy with the final result. The main area for improvement is communication. One of the roller shades was not available at the time of the original installation, and we were told by the office that we would receive a discount for the inconvenience.
