I give two stars for being available quickly for service. However I take off three for being charged a service fee for no service. My husband told them what was going on over the phone with our washer. Although he agreed to the charge the tech basically told him at the door there was nothing he could do to fix the washer. Well why did you waste our time and money? He unplugged it to maybe reset the circuit board but probably not. So we paid for something that could have been said over the phone for free.
