I have not received an order placed Jan 6. Order no. 111739. My emails and messages are ignored. In the last phone call placed Thurs JAN 30, the person I spoke to on the phone gave me the runaround, kept me on hold at least 30 minutes and did not call back when he said he would. This order is a gift. I have received prior orders just fine, so this delayed order is an exception to the otherwise perfect transactions. I think it’s my third order. Please help me out. TY.
