A team member was able to get out within a few days to fix a non-urgent issue. While fixing the minor leak, they identified and fixed another blockage without any fuss. I was particularly pleased that they could work around our availability regarding access to the property. Easy to communicate with and turned up when they said they would.

Done a beautiful job I’m very ill and had multiple strokes and he did everything to help me with a hot water system so I didn’t have to go without showering. I can’t thank this wonderful man enough.
