Rude just absolutely rude their etiquette on answering the phone and the customer service skills over the phone interpersonal communication skills absolutely are horrid just just a conversation alone I would never go there I could just imagine what it's like being treated in person that was just over the phone absolutely thumbs down if I could give a 0 I would
As a walk in I was seated right away....I received a hair cut and my eyebrows waxed. I'll be back for sure!!
Been a customer of Jean's for over 4 decades. And over 20 yrs at AGSalon. The pros at the Salon are expertly coached & directed by none other. than the fabulous Dianne Cascio-Caroll. I've been to other Salons throughout the years but they never could compete in AGS's class.
