I have been a member of Anysize for about the entire time the gym has been around. I started my weight loss journey when I was hardly even able to curl 3 lbs without aches or pains. Any Size Fitness is a great place to workout. Kelsey is encouraging and didn't let me quit at the beginning when it was especially difficult. He worked with me to find modifications that I was able to do and felt comfortable with. And the other people that go here really do feel like family. People encourage each other to be a little better today than you were yesterday!
