From the moment I requested more information about getting my flat cleaned, Kali was brilliant. She was quick to respond, efficient and most importantly friendly. On the day of the clean she organised another team to come because the first team were going to be delayed due to the amount they had to clean at another job. Asya and Sylvia arrived early!
