Brought my daughter in for a treatable skin condition, let the provider that my daughter has autism and may have a hard time following all of her instructions. The provider proceeded to look at her skin for 30 seconds, tell me that there were no issues, and prescribed tretinoin. She did not speak to my daughter and seemed completely put out when my daughter couldn't comply with her requests as simply as someone without special needs. Dr. Kryuchina was very thorough with her examination and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Anna Kryuchina was very professional and diligent. Her assistant, I cannot recall her name, was FANTASTIC. She was very caring and explained everything thoroughly.
I think Anya is great! I like how she speaks loudly enough for me to hear and she explains what's she's doing. I appreciate that.
