Working with Amber is great! I didn’t even realise how inflexible I’d become because I just took it for granted that my range of motion has decreased as I'm aging. Amber shows me ways to adjust this so I can get my motion and strength back. She’s so knowledgeable in how our bodies work and why we’re changing shape - and she gives help and advice on what to do to get the body and frame that you're after. It’s been a pleasure working on my strength and fitness with Amber!
