I had my first visit today and the process was very fast, friendly, and convenient. I was referred by my doctor and visited the office at around 4 PM on a Monday. There were no other patients ahead of me and no wait once I completed registration. NOTE: Although the office is open until 6 PM, walk-ins are only accepted until 5 PM. I explained to Monica that I am a hard stick and she used the vein finder to get my vein on the first try. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.
