Patricia Dillard, the site manager at the Chapel Hill location, was just incredible! She was thoughtful, careful and so skilled with everything she did. It was the best lab draw experience I’ve ever had.
This was a great experience. I went this morning and she was very nice and friendly. She was super patient. This was not like at Unc where the pace was more rushed! Because my veins are quite small, she told me she used the smallest needles. Her presence was very reassuring and I almost did not feel anything, it didn’t hurt! When I was done and leaving she was super friendly and we said bye!
