Oh my word! I had the best customer service and experience with Matilda. She was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and sweet. She guided me through everything and the most important thing that my blood draw was done pain free. I can tell that she loves her job. We need more phlebotomist like her. Been meaning to get a blood test for awhile because I don't like doctors. Matilda and Anthony were so great. Answered all my questions, I didn't need a doctor's order and was in and out in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend.
