I stopped in on a Saturday morning and I was helped right away. The young man working here is very pleasant and very professional. The facility is also clean. The blood draw was quick and easy and I had the results at the time I was promised. Highly recommend.
Zero stars would be more accurate of a review. This company took from Dec 10 to 7 January to provide a drug tests results. In the mean time I had to pay for another company to do it which the results took 3 working days. I tried calling every day after a week. Each person that answered the phone told Me different BS. Finally what seems the most knowledgeable person I talked to gave me the owners phone number so I try could get my 69$ back. The owner never returned my call after multiple messages left. Thank you, Anthony, for getting me in/out in a quick minute! Anthony was working alone and even though he was busy, he remained calm! I was in and out within 30 minutes (includes new patient paperwork) and being that it was Christmas Eve, that was a plus because I had errands! Had to have tests before surgery. ALTN was open, I walked in and handed them my order. I use my HSA card as I don't believe they accept insurance. The experience was awesome, timely and the phlebotomist was good too.
Do not go here! Uneducated workers! DO NOT ADMINISTER TB SKIN TEST TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN VACCINATED!! TLDR I came here needing a negative skin tuberculosis test for my employer (school). I filled in the paperwork and marked “yes” to the question asking if I was vaccinated for tuberculosis (which I am). I did not know that I would test positive because of the vaccine (I didn’t know anything about tb testing coming here and would assume people that administer these tests would be educated about it).
