I came in without an appointment. I waited about five minutes for her to finish with the person she was already helping, and then she helped me. She was really great and professional. Price was also very reasonable. No complaints whatsoever and I will definitely use them again.
I'm usually hard to draw blood on, but the fabulous lady who was working today (sorry I forgot her name) got me on the first go and it was painless! This is my second time going and its always been a quick and pleasant experience.
Don't bother making an appointment!! I made an appointment for the next available time slot but when I arrived the only employee was busy with a patient before me. I then had to redo the paperwork because the website does not transmit anything to the office. She also tried to bill me when I had paid online. Just walk in there's no point to doing anything online or in advance. The employee was very nice but I was not impressed. Employee 5 stars, rest of the business 1 star.
I got into my appointment at the scheduled time. They were quick and very friendly.
I have always had a good experience with this ALTN location.
