Very knowledgeable young lady
Got everything I needed hassle free.
The lab was fine. Was clean and the process was pretty quick. My only qualms with the place is that the woman was rude as hell. Talking down to people with a condescending tone. All because the protocol isn’t familiar and was a first time for someone doing something like that, and that’s not okay. Like I get having a bad morning/night/day whatever, but watch how you speak to people. If I had the number for their corporate I’d call her in with a formal complaint.
Mona is very helpful and kind! She made the wife comfortable and communicated with her on everything she is doing and provided information on what this facility does! She also got on a personal level and experience shes had! The facility it self is very clean and comfortable to be in!
