I had gotten a test done at this location (this being my second time ever going) it went great the man who administered the test was super nice and I was extremely surprised with how smooth and efficient it was. The problem arises when I tried to get my results, one of the workers has refused to give me my results and states that since I am technically a minor I can’t receive them unless I come with an adult. Owner is a piece of work. Don't support this place. Fastest Testing south of Charleston does the same test for a fraction of the price. The owner there wants your business and treats you with respect. I've called the Franchise to inform the of price gauging

I didn’t have an appointment, but I was able to walk in and get my tests done quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. Michael explained the process clearly, which put me at ease, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, a great experience—convenient, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place!
