I rarely leave reviews but had to. I have a brother with special needs who needed a blood test and we could not get him to because of his fear of needles. Lori was a star. She was so patient, kind, understanding, and quick to adapt to our feedback on how best to get him comfortable. Give that woman a raise!

I arrived to my scheduled appointment on time and ending up having to wait an additional 30 min when I was the only patient in the lobby. My results took longer than the 3 days that was advertised on their page,with my due date changing twice. This caused me to be concerned so I called the office for more details. An older Caucasian woman who answers the phone comes off very rude and only provided short answers.
