I hate getting blood work done, but this was the best lab work experience I’ve ever had. Shola was amazing. Highly recommended

I got a chance to deal with Lori and she was wonderful. She has a positive attitude and is very friendly. We got delayed several times and she was a great communicator through it all.
Laurie from the Longwood location is indispensable. She is smart and compassionate, and has been instrumental to my Health.
The customer service here is just outrageously poor. Like seriously? This big thick white woman who doesn’t understand what’s going on there just keep starring at me with her open mouth as if she saw an alien and can’t do a thing, I was trying to check in and confirm what exactly labs I booked for online. She asked for her colleague to help her withdraw my blood as she gave up without even starting.
