Poor customer service, no help, not user friendly. Seek another Lab. WHY? I needed the simplest thing a lab can do - draw 1 tube of blood for a test ordered by my Dr. I called to get price which they refused to give unless I drove across town and came in person to show them the requisition. I offered to give the details over the phone. NO! I offered to FAX it? NO! or email a copy so they could see it NO!
