Took my 92 year old father, visiting from another Country for a important test Thursday Am. Was told that the test was ready On Friday morning. Called 3 times, listened to sales pitches, left message to call back. No call, email, ex. Frustrated because this is a important test for my Dad. I used this Lab in Plymouth myself before and was always happy. What happened there? New Employee? Worked always well when the Man was there. Had not a problem with them before but now? Unbelievable!!!!!
