I decided to go to any lab to be tested. I had to call multiple times to get results I thought I would received my results in 3 to 5 days that didn't happen
Carol at the lab really makes an unpleasant experience a positive one. This place will make you comfy if you are nervous about needles and tests.
We went to fastest labs to get a legal paternal DNA test done for my nephew that was adopted out, by the mother and possibly non-biological dad, to someone in California. Our lawyer advised him that he needed to get a DNA test to get this baby back. Gretchen was so rude and kind of nasty. Her attitude was awful. I went to the location at Peoples Plaza in Newark, DE. Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist/phlebotomist named Jessika. Although she is just learning English it wasn't a barrier with Google Translator at the reception desk on their computer. This was the first time in my life I had an absolutely painless blood draw. And it only took 3-5 minutes. Would I recommend their service? 110% YES!!!!! Fast service, low cost (I paid out of pocket), and totally painless. Really pleasant experience.
The new people that work there are mean and nasty! Avoid it if you can.
DO NOT BELIEVE GOOD REVIEWS!!! Absolutely horrible experience. I went to get my blood work done, got my results the next day and it turned out I had a very high level of potassium (6.7). I rushed to the ER the same day only to find out 3 hours later that my potassium was actually normal. Turns out Any Lab Test Now hemolyzed the blood test results!
