Rude and condescending old women told me they were not a non profit, twice. Insinuating a wanted a free test when I explained Medicare paid for the test I was seeking. My opinion, Go elsewhere and be respected as a customer.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience but we do not take Medicare or any type of insurance. The draw fee covers our services for processing the kit and sending it out to the lab.
RecommendedHighly recommend Any Lab Test Now in Durham, especially if you need the RT-PCR COVID test, as my wife and I did for travel purposes. The owner, Glory, was extremely helpful during the entire process and truly goes above and beyond to ensure test results are sent as quickly as possible. We had our tests at 8:30 AM on Wednesday and our results were emailed to us at 1:00 AM Friday morning, so less than 48 hours.
