UNPROFESSIONAL.... First I called to make an appt. no one answered the phone and the message box was full so I could not leave message. Went on-line made the appt. was sent a CONFIRMATION email that stated my appt was confirmed, changed my work schedule, called again to see if I could reconfirm just in case.. AGAIN MAIL BOX FULL... RecommendedTook my 11 year old to get tests done... it was hard for the lady to find a vein.. but instead of going for the easiest(most hurtful for my daughter) way she took her time and in the first stick hit the vein... no bruising, and no PTSD (lol) for my daughters first time experience... very friendly staff! Went today and the staff person was rude! Had a 5 minute discussion on my need to make an appointment when no one was in the building for a urine drug test and all advertising says walk in’s welcome. She said I needed to remove my mask because I could be hiding pee in it(the hiding pee part wasn’t necessary or nice to say). She treated me like a drug addict for an employment urine drug screen.
