This place is a dump. Bathroom, toilet and sink look like they get cleaned maybe twice a week. Given how many people are sitting or standing over that toilet and pissing is pretty gross. The sink's faucet and handle in the bathroom are just wrapped in clear packing tape since you are not supposed to use it. But the tape is old and moldy and it's probably been on there for over a year. Made an appointment for a specific test, drove a distance to get there, and then they tell me they don't the test. Not very professional.
Terrible…..avoid this place!!! This place is filthy, floors need cleaning and the reception desk was disgusting and hasn’t been wiped down in a long time. The phlebotomist that checked me in had an open Taco Bell bag on the reception desk. While she was checking me in she had a conservation on her cell phone simultaneously. She didn’t wash her bands and was unable to draw my blood. It was very apparent that she was done working for the day. DO NOT TRUST THEIR RAPID DRUG PANELS! I came here for a drug screen prior to taking a DOT drug screen for my employment. I asked for whichever test was closest to the DOT tests. I was told the rapid tests were as accurate as the sent-out tests, so I did that. I tested negative. A week later I tested positive on the DOT 5-panel screen. My trust in this company has screwed up my job and cost me thousands of dollars. Also I was charged $10 more for the rapid test than what was advertised on their website. I showed up at the last minute today, 10 min before they closed. Ann was above and beyond professional and accommodating. She did not rush anything and did not make me feel like I was putting her out. I get routine lab work done and I have found my new favorite place to go. Your treatment of people speaks volumes.
