Today, Sunday, I had a faucet give out forcing me to turn water off to the house. Called Any Hour and their "AI" was handling the call and telling me they can set up a Monday appointment but add me to the "urgent repair" list. That made me mad that I couldn't get a real person and given Monday as earliest window. Any Hour should mean "any hour." Get your act together!
$68 worth of parts, 30 mins of work the estimate was t $800 dollars,to fix my a/c . I fixed it myself the service tech was friendly but this place is extremely expensive .
I was upset to find out they charged me $3000 for a water heater that could've easily been done for $1800. I should've done my research, but I was taken advantage I guess. Shame on me for trusting them. I'll be going to other companies from now on.
