It's scary sometimes to find mental health help, but Jenifer is an amazing therapist. She truly cares about her patients and will go the extra mile to make sure people receive the care they need. She's also one of the few Orlando-based therapists actually trained and certified to treat OCD. Jennifer is hands-down the best therapist I’ve ever met. She really listens and comes up with creative ways to tackle anxiety. She knows when to push you a bit and when to just be there with that warm, understanding vibe. I’m so thankful I found her. My life is honestly so much better now. Jennifer is fantastic! Her help to me has been life changing. She’s open and honest and nonjudgmental. She is never pushing but helps you do the work that needs to be done. I’m so grateful that I went to her and for all her support. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe place to do important emotional work.
