My daughter went to this wonderful place during the summer. I wasn’t sure how well she would do because she is really anxious around new people and peers of her age. It took her a few weeks to get comfortable and get to know some of the kids, but she loved it so much. She was really sad when it was over. She still sees some of the kids from her group and hangs out with them. She loved the counselors and adults who she worked with. Excellent program with caring, knowledgeable staff who truly make a difference. They helped my daughter learn to manage her challenges in a healthy, practical way.
Having dealt with pretty severe anxiety for the past several years, it was a Godsend to find a treatment center that was geared to my exact problem. I'm now able to go to my kids' soccer games and perform my job duties without the old shots of adrenaline, upset stomach, and dread that I used to feel. Thank you so much! You've changed my life.
This place has done so much for our family. The counselors and support staff were kind, thoughtful and engaging, making a potentially difficult process extremely smooth and easy. Thank you ATD for helping a close family member effectively find the tools to deal with debilitating anxiety and depression. I cannot say enough great things, and I highly recommend this program!
