This guy lacks empathy. I missed an appointment because I had terrible back pain, work-related stressors, and just feeling very down. I called to reschedule, still hurting and in tears and he was only worried about whether I’ll miss the next appointment. Obviously, numbers matter more to him than how his patient feels. Sorry dude!
