I’ve been going to Mariah for about a month now & she has helped me so much. I wouldn’t even want to leave my house or do anything without getting severe anxiety. I have been doing exposure therapy starting with 2 times a week and now just once. I’ve felt a big change in how I feel in my everyday life, while also doing the exposures on my own. I finally feel like I’m getting my life back & I couldn’t be more thankful. I would recommend Mariah to anyone.
Natalie Noel has been INCREDIBLE in helping me overcome my OCD symptoms. She is so knowledgeable and great at what she does. She fully supported me when I needed it most. I am no where near where I was before, and for that I am so grateful. She guided me through ERP therapy and helped me get my life back. If you’re in Tampa or New York, don’t hesitate! Our family is so incredibly thankful for Mariah Ramirez in Tampa. Our 17 year old daughter had been struggling for a few years and symptoms drastically increased making it abundantly clear it was OCD and anxiety. I came upon this amazing office and Mariah.
