I had been struggling with insomnia for many years. I tried various medications and even went through therapy, but nothing seemed to work. After completing the 16-week program, I am finally able to sleep through the night and enjoy my days again. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. V and Ksenia for their care and for helping me get my life back.

I had a lot of anxiety and stress that stopped me from enjoying my life, socializing and working. Dr V and Ms Kogan have helped me to get more comfortable, content and stress free. They worked as a team and the program was personalized to my needs and wants. I am very grateful for their help and guidance. The results from 16-weeks programs have been massive and impactful.
