Allison has a very calm, supportive energy that she brings to her sessions. She listens and assesses, provides coping approaches and is always encouraging. She helped me ask questions about myself that I hadn't given myself permission to. I'm grateful for her guidance and helping me change the trajectory of my life for the better.
