Dr Chang is amazing. I am so lucky to have her as my dermatologist. She is kind, professional and personable. I have also realized it takes longer for the numbing medication to take effect. I just let her know we start.
I have had Dr. Chang as my Dermatologist for over 15 years now. She’s so good, I’ve followed her to each Kaiser location she has moved to. She has always helped me solve my skin problems effectively and always with care. She also understands urgent matters and does whatever she can to get you in as soon as possible if needed. Be aware! Before the removal of a mole, I found the office of Dr. Chang to be prompt and well-organized. Unfortunately, this did not continue during my procedure. Dr. Chang found a mole that she wanted biopsied, but instead of numbing me, Dr. Chang dug/scooped the mole out of my back without numbing medication. I was able to feel her cutting into my skin.
