Dr. Khurshid visited me while I was in hospital at Arlington Memorial last week for internal bleeding problems from polyps in my stomach and intestine. He was involve because he is overseeing my used of Eliquis because of lung clots I had a year ago. I very much appreciated his visiting me so quickly after this situation arose, especially as my primary care doctor (Shelle Barber) had urged me to contact him ASAP when this situation occurred.
Dr Khurshid takes time and explains results and needs.
Dr Khurshid is execellant I every way ! He explains we can understand health Conditions & needs . He take time to make sure we know what the tests, labs , & proceedures results are . He goes over the PET/CT scans and alway ready to answer our questions. He also keeps us informed as to what our options are! I have made several visits to Dr. Khurshid since my cancer surgery. In every visit, he was friendly, open, clear and understandable about symptoms, and other characteristics relating to my cancer, and he gladly explained anything I had questions about. Most importantly, he was never in a hurry to finish and move on, but rather allowed me all the time I needed during the visit.
Both personable and professional in dealing with patient and their questions, fears, and stresses of dealing with cancer diagnosis.
My visit was excellent as always. I'm always treated with the upmost respect and care.
I have seen him several times concerning an issue that I'm having. Each time he has been great and he asks many questions from me and really explains his findings very well!
I am very happy with Dr. Khurshid because he takes the time to explain things and always answers any questions I might have concerning my health. The wait time to see the doctor is good unless there's an emergency. My wait time has always been around 10 minutes, when I'm taken back to the exam room. Dr. Khurshids medical team are very friendly and courteous to me. This is one doctor I don't mind seeing.
