They take off gel polish with the drill instead of soaking or foil. I expressed that I wanted my nails to be stronger/healthier and they just drilled my nails with full force to remove old polish. I called and asked for the price of uv nails and then when it was time to pay they charged me $15 more than what they said on the phone. To top it off my nail broke after 1 week.
The ladies here are magnificent. They try their best always have an excellent attitude and always get designs great. Love this place. This plus its clean! I just also wanted to remind customers that do come here, these ladies are people. Please treat them with respect. It’s not cute when you’re giving attitude and being rude for no reason. They’re humans who are working the best they can. Please do not take advantage of their kindness
Every visit to this establishment has left me thoroughly impressed! Wait time is never too long and Adam is simply outstanding. He truly prioritizes the health of your nails over upselling the most expensive services. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their craft and genuinely invested in clients' well-being!
