Today was my first time and it was the worst experience, the nail tech messed up the shape of my nails ,had an attitude every time I told her her to fix something and I was charged more than what I was told .
Very disappointed this time around, have been here multiple times, my daughter is a regular here went in for a pedicure first this the young lady asked us if I wanted her to cut and file nails told her yes, she cut them completely uneven and painted them even worse gel already peeling and nail chipped on side.
On Saturday, February 14, 2026, my daughter and I walked into this establishment in hopes of getting two gel mani pedis done. As soon as we walked in I realized it was more crowded than usual(I completely forgot about Valentine’s Day smh).
