'Peace of Mind' - nope. Two dirt bikes stolen from our 'secure' locker. Thieves took all of a few minutes to load them onto a truck. Alarm didn't work, systems didn't work, and we found out hours later. Pity because the trackers we had on them were then deactivated. Management don't care, even after admitting the security could be better. Avoid this place to store any of your valuable stuff.
We had our locker targeted for theft from this facility and our dirt bikes were stolen. The thief very easily cut 2 locks to get in and walk out with our bikes. The alarm didn’t go off for almost 15 minutes, the police didn’t come for 2 hours and we were not called and informed for 3.5 hours leaving us no time to use our tracking devices. Clean and efficient, run by friendly staff. Provide exactly the services promised with no surprises. Very secure.
Everything is brand new. I like that they use fobs to control their gate for security.
