I can’t say enough nice things about how smooth and easy the entire process was. This was my first colonoscopy and every single team member was so nice and treated me so kindly. I hope i don’t have to come back soon but I would recommend this medical center to any of my friends and family.
I was very satisfied with Dr. Duddempudi and her staff. She explained everything in detail. I highly recommend her.
If you care about your health, don’t go there. My experience with Dr. Anupama T. Duddempudi was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment, only for the visit itself to last around 5 minutes before I was quickly told to get a colonoscopy. I felt rushed through the entire process without proper communication or explanation. What bothered me even more was the lack of follow-up and guidance afterward. I will never go back to this doctor or Austin Gastro for several reasons: 1. Impersonal factory-style service - I counted and I saw about 8 people in my initial consultation as they passed me around. There were three different clerical desks and multiple practitioners. I counted six or seven people before and after the surgery. In total, Dr. D spent about 20 minutes with me, including the 15-minute procedure. 2. Slow service - Despite the enormous staff, this office is slow.
